This is the final step before entering full travel synchro programs. Aspire 4 is ideal for motivated athletes who want structure, growth, and visibility—with a community-centered approach that values every skater.

Season Structure & Regional Travel

Aspire 4 prepares skaters for synchronized skating at the next level.

 The season includes:

  • 1+ weekly on-ice practice focused on formations, transitions, and program refinement
  • Optional off-ice training and private coaching to reinforce technique
  • Participation in USFS-sanctioned regional competitions
    • Richmond-hosted South Atlantic Synchro Open
    • Additional events across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina

Elements, Skills & Choreography

Aspire 4 introduces complex formations and flow-driven transitions:

  • High-difficulty blocks, circles, intersections, and wheels

  • Advanced transition features (configuration changes, direction switches)

  • Freeskate 6–level jumps, spins, and field move integrations

Choreography follows USFS Aspire guidelines, emphasizing technical precision, unison, and creative team expression. Every skater plays an important role in our on-ice storytelling.

Our supportive team environment ensures that skaters feel confident and encouraged, even when competition weekends include overnight travel. Coaches and team families work together to build strong bonds both on and off the ice.

Future pacing: “Your skater will be supported by teammates, coaches, and a season of focused development.”
